Week 4. Still only 1 stall. None of the machines fixed. But they did get rid of the buckets collecting water in the cardio area. 🙄Further update. This place is pathetic. 2 weeks anf they csnt even fix a toilet paper dispenser. See photos. The district has one maintenance guy for all locstions. 🙄Another update: Staff has become even less helpful, some are actually useless.Updated review after 2 years of neglect: Big, somewhat clean gym. Generally pleasant staff. Too much cardio - added some instead of addressing shortcomings of weights and weight machines (need another pec fly, lateral shoulder and heavier barbells). But the biggest issue is that maintenance has disappeared. Ask them how many days they have had no toilets, or no water or plumbing back ups. And they never know when the problem will be fixed. Unacceptable. They've expanded hours despite never being busy. Last manager who was good, but had his hands tied by district nonsense, was summarily fired without notice. And the staff turnover is constant. Can't blame them, they make less than some fast food places. BTW - It is hypocritical to say "judgment free zone" when you have signs making fun of serious lifters and call them "lunks". That is the definition of "judgment".Original Review: Big, clean gym. Lots of machines and dumbbells. Nice staff. Not crowded. Vigilant about covid guidelines. (Thank you!) Free weights are a little limited for serious lifters, though several smith machines and ample plates. But for 95% of gym-goers, you have anything you need.

Customer service is excellent and it has been the cleanest gym and most spacious locker room I've been a part of. Planet Fitness blows away all the other gyms in this area for shower size and cleanliness.

Update. Getting worse. District management now withholding paper towels to manage budget. And here are pics from today. Three weeks and still haven't fixed toilet paper dispenser so still one stall.For the past year this place has gone to hell. District management controls all maintenance. There have been several occasions with no water, no toilets, no drinking fountain. Place has had two sewer back ups. Took a month to fix front door. Currently, two weeks and still only one stall in men's locker room because of toilet paper dispenser. Plus the locker room is about 60 degrees. An AC is dripping. Several csrdio machines inoperable. Seriously. Inner city YMCAs take more pride in their operations.

What happened to this PF? It used to be neat, clean and organized. I came regularly to work out because it was in such good shape. Now when I show up there's trash on the floor in every area, the roof leaks and there's buckets to catch water in the female locker room and near the treadmills. The showers are dirty. The staff spend most their time on their phones or talking to one another rather than working. It's turning into a junket.

I consider myself pretty understanding, but I find myself scratching my head as to how you can run out of water for sale for a week or more and blame it on the shipment. How about some advance planning and forecasting? The tanning beds are hit and miss. Sometimes they are working, sometimes they are not. They locker rooms were off limits last week and this week the computers were down. The central air conditioning is great if you are in the middle of the gym, but step to the edges and it is uncomfortably warm. Lastly, it is great to have a charity set up out front to raise awareness, but the constant badgering day after day especially when we already gave money is annoying. Needless to say, there is room for improvement.

This is a gorgeous Planet Fitness with one of the most beautiful locker rooms I’ve ever seen! A rain shower head in the shower!! Very clean, friendly staff and a large selection of equipment.

Nice, spacious, clean and not too crowded. I had a great time exercising at this gym and I enjoyed every minute.

Huge PF, really enjoyed during visit to AZ!Facility is ultra clean and was incredibly well organized (unlike some where they haven’t picked anything up for days).Kordell and Julian at the front desk were super nice and greeted everyone with a smile.
