I have had the pleasure of working with Matt on macro coaching for 8 months and seriously cannot recommend him enough. He is very involved and cares about his clients and making adjustments in your life, not only hit your goals but also to be sustainable. I have always done fad diets and crazy HIIT classes everyday and have never been able to loose weight, I lost a lot of hope and confidence in myself. With Matt's knowledge, support and accountability I have re discovered a new version of myself that is more confident, motivated, and disciplined then ever before and I truly became passionate about living a balanced, healthy lifestyle. The best investment you can make is in yourself and you will not regret signing up with him.

I have worked with Sierra from Transform in nutrition. Her knowledge and understanding of nutrition and how it works far exceeded my expectations. I use to be a meal prep guy until I met her. She walked me through everything and made it easy. I have worked with her in the gym and her training and understanding of the movement and body is exceptional. Sometimes one gets really lucky. I have never worked with a personal trainer before but took the plunge at Transform Scottsdale this May to work on strength. I could not be more pleased. Matt is a true professional and has been nothing short of amazing — he knows A TON. He has started my work slowly with keen attention to safe alignment and different muscle groups. Transform is so true to its namesake! I have lost 10% body fat in just 6 months; I am leaner and more fit than I have ever been in my entire life and I am 57! And all of this without spending hours in the gym. I do 45 minute sessions 3 days a week. I met with Matt initially and based on our interview he knew immediately that Sierra would be the right trainer for me and he was so right!Sierra is amazing - she set me up on a reasonable nutritional plan that is easily doable and flexible. When it comes to nutrition, she has a way of holding me accountable that is so caring and motivating when I have an off day (which we all have!). She always makes herself available for questions and has really helped set me up for success when I travel or eat out at restaurants.I LOVE training with Sierra. Her knowledge of kinesiology has been key to my development. She makes sure you are always performing with proper form to maximize results and avoid injury. She pushes me and knows just what I need to keep progressing. I had some specific strength goals when I started and she knew exactly how to train me to achieve them and now I am setting new goals! Training with Sierra is always the best part of my week and I always look forward to it.

Transform Scottsdale is exactly the gym I was looking for to help me reach my goals. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and the trainers are friendly.
