Autumn, is very knowledgeable of boxing. Her personality is GREAT and personal to make you want to improve & make you push yourself. I’m “VERY DRAMATIC” in her voice, but it’s b/c she’s making me dig deep to better myself.

A great workout and an awesome community. The coaches are knowledgeable and the members are friendly. They also host challenges and events for members regularly. A great place for first timers and experienced boxers alike.
