Was in town for the weekend visiting family and wanted to train. Found 712 Training Center online and went to an open mat on Friday from 530 to 730. We finally stopped at 830!! Great place to train, ego-free environment. Tom has a great place going here! Can't wait to stop by again!

I was in Sioux City for work and looked them up on Google. Since the moment I sent a fb message the owner was very friendly and helpful. Everyone was very welcoming. The location is very centric and is easy to get to.

Women's self defense classes are really hands on and very affordable. They are very sweet and patient. While they are teaching, they explain everything they are doing and show you how to do it at the same time. Highly recommend, can't wait to go to the next class!

I had a great experience with the instructions and training about self defense. I had never done it. I gained a great amount of confidence. The training instructors were very friendly and patient the entire time! Overall, I had a great experience and definitely recommend trying it.

Very good place for beginners and experienced! They are experts in BJJ,Kickboxing, and MMA. All ages are welcomed. The best part is the first week is free!
