I LOVE JTs! I never thought I’d be the person to say “I love the gym” yet here I am and if it weren’t for JTs I definitely wouldn’t have that mind set. We all work together as a family to keep each other accountable and wanting to come back, and the trainers are amazing, super motivating, helpful, and always pushing us to succeed. I love that it only takes 30 minutes of my day and the workouts are new everyday and I don’t have to think about the workouts or try and plan them out myself. JTs has not only helped me lose weight and gain muscle but has also helped improve my mental health.

Great experience and uplifting team! No matter what shape you are in, fellow members and coaches help you get to where you need to go. All activities can be modified both to be easier, or a lot harder if you wish! No two workouts are the same, from lifting tractor tires to throwing ropes, machines, kettle bells, sleds, the list goes on!

The training staff are great! They make sure you know what you're doing and encourage you to try your best. The people you work out with truly become your JT family. They are amazing! I have a lot of different medical issues that make some exercises hard but the trainers would help me figure out how to modify things so I could get stronger without causing my injuries to flare up. Wonderful program and if you want to get stronger no matter what issues you have this is the place for you!

Great gym and workouts! I lost 40 plus pounds in less than a year and I am extremely pleased with my fitness. The trainers are enthusiastic and workouts are very well thought out. It’s been a long time since I had any muscle definition in my arms and back.I’m 53 years old and JT and his team have helped me reach my goals physically. All you have to do is show up and changes will happen! I love it!

The classes are challenging for every level of fitness. The classes are led by personal trainers that make me feel like I belong there. I love going to this gym, even when I'm talking smack halfway through the workout

I haven't felt as motivated to work out as I have the past three months at JT Training. I've seen positive results in strength, stamina, and my overall fitness. I can not recommend joining this program more! Thanks to Jay and all of the trainers that make this experience so positive for so many people!
