I was told to try the smoothies inside of here and I decided to stop while trying to kill some time. The staff was very friendly and patient with me while I tried to figure out what to get. The gentleman helping me recommended a peachy smoothie and I am enjoying it as I am writing the review. They have alot of options with different fitness goals in mind. I purchased the larger smoothie and am definitely satisfied with the cost of it. I definitely recommend them for the smoothies and will try shopping there the next time I need to get supplements

Very friendly and helpful staff. I explained my health situation and they gave me tips on how to gradually get back into the workout life without over doing it..highly recommend.

As a woman entering with a man they had no intrest in helping me. I was the one there to do the shopping. They were too busy trying to push supplements on my male friend.

Great people with experience and solid advice. You can tell they care about the company and the product that is being put out there for the customer. It’s been a good experience getting some of my supplements from here since I’ve moved back to Sioux City.

The person who helped me, Nick, is one of the most honest, genuine, and kind people I've ever met at a business. He genuinely cares for his clients and customers' health. He is a great guy, and this is a great business!
