If you’re new to Crossfit, tried it and want to get better or an experienced crossfitter looking for a new place, Crossfit 605 will be the place. The owners/coaches will provide the perfect place to learn, grow, and enjoy CrossFit. They emphasize proper form and are always making sure everyone is doing movements correctly, scaling as needed based on limitations, and getting the most that you can out of each workout.The owners (Tom and Karly) are friendly, inviting and have a great passion for health and fitness. I always enjoy working with them.
