I love that this is a 24hr woman's only gym. They have a wide variety of equipment and classes to fit anybody's needs. They have outstanding personal trainers that are very knowledgeable and can help you meet your personal goals! The staff is super friendly and they keep this gym in tip top shape!!

Great place to enjoy a workout with no judgement. This is a Women's Only Gym so that always helps me feel comfortable. Classes are available for walk in or appointment, it's your choice. Trainers are available and on site to help during business hours....did I mention, with membership comes your very own key code so you can get access 24 hours, 7 days? Tanning beds included.

I love this gym because it’s a women’s only facility. It has an owner, trainers and instructors that truly care about you and your fitness journey!
