Great facility, staff, and atmosphere! The gym is always clean and the 24 hour access is very convenient. You can tell the staff cares about their members and their facility. I highly recommend Fitness First!

I have been a member at many gyms, and Fitness First is the best. The classes are excellent; always changing to keep us challenged & motivated. The facility is continuously adding new equipment to stay up to date. The sauna is an excellent perk as well. The owners are community minded and are the first to step up to donate or help any local need or family. Top-notch small town gym!

I joined Fitness First November 11, 2020. I was searching for a gym that I could call "home". The coaches and members were very welcoming! The facility is very clean! The group fitness classes are phenomenal, you never get the same workout twice! With the strength training days I've seen astronomical gains in my legs which I welcome with my line of work in the concrete industry! My attendance has been almost perfect, except for Thanksgiving day and 3 days I was in Arizona. Being a member at Fitness First has made it so easy to make my fitness routine a part of my lifestyle!! I'd like to give a huge "Thank You" to the staff and members for making Fitness First my HOME GYM!! Mic Drop.

I have been attending classes at Fitness First since they first started offering them and I love them. The classes are never the same and the gym is always clean. There is something for everyone, so even if classes aren't your thing, they have all the equipment and space you could want. My son has also attended Kids on the Move and Titan Strong for years, and it has been great for him. We are so lucky that our small town of Tea has such a great gym with such great trainers!

I love this gym. I have been a member for over 3 years. The gym is very clean and they have done well upgrading equipment. They have tanning, a sauna, and offer wonderful group classes as well as youth programs. The owners are great and supportive and want to help you reach your goals. I feel so lucky that we have such a great gym right here in Tea.

Amazing owners, trainers and classes. There’s something for literally everyone. Fitness first has the small town feel that makes you feel so welcome. So clean, plenty of equipment. The classes are always switching things up to make them enjoyable and seeing results!

I've been going to Fitness First for all my lifting and running needs. I can confirm that they have great service (trainers are easy to talk to, and will help you with anything) and machines (tons of options for working out and running). This place is definitely somewhere you should go for getting in shape.
