After trying different places in SF, FORM was the perfect fit for what I was looking for. I love the variety of classes with different workouts every time with something new. Also, the instructors are amazing who get to know you, truly care, and want what is best for you!

The snow days last week allowed me to bring my daughter with me to try out a few classes at FORM!! Claire especially loved Val’s High Fitness class because she got to use her dance skills. ❤️

I followed my favorite instructor here from another gym, and I'm so glad I did.After working out here for 2.5 years, I'm never bored. The instructors are fantastic at pushing us & accommodating many levels of fitness. I love the variety of the many different class formats.The community & the friendships I've developed here are what motivate me to wake up at 4:30 five days a week to exercise!

Form Fitness has a great variety of classes. The instructors provide motivating workouts that keep classes fun and challenging. New class formats are introduced to complement the yoga, barre, pilates classes. Great atmosphere and a nice boutique.

I’ve belonged to Form Fitness for 9 years essentially since it opened and I love it. Love the variety of the classes and the instructors are awesome. I think I’m the most fit that I’ve ever been in my life after going here. Feels like a family.

I can’t say enough amazing things about Form. And even though this is crazy long, I still feel like I could say more about how wonderful this studio is.I’ve dealt with severe knee pain my entire life from playing sports and then had babies and my body was a mess with zero strength or flexibility left. I got to the point where it was hard to carry my children down the stairs without pain so I knew I needed to figure out a way to get my strength back and get rid of the pain.I started checking out various yoga studios across SF and was really looking for a place that could help me with my knee pain along with 1.) a great community 2.) wonderful, helpful and patient instructors and 3.) a non judgmental environment with all sizes of people in various spots of their fitness journey.Form checked every box. This place is a gem. Im not even close to a morning person and I wake up when it’s still dark out to go to classes and make this a daily part of my routine 1.) There’s an unbelievable amount of amazing classes and events. I think it would be hard to ever get bored because if you do, there’s another class to try. They’re always doing fun challenges and events to keep the motivation going and community connected. I’ve met many people through the classes and events and they’ve all been so kind and helpful (especially as I take new classes WAYYY outside of my comfort zone aka Bounce and High Fitness) I don’t feel like people are “cliquey” which was a huge draw for me as well.2.) THE INSTRUCTORS…these people are seriously some of the nicest, humble and most helpful humans I’ve ever met. They all know your name. I had only been to a few classes and I swear every instructor and person that works here knew my name, it was the craziest thing to me. My hips and core need serious, serious work after sports and babies and I feel like they’ve all helped me really focus my practices on these areas, along with significantly helping me reduce my knee pain! (I can finally walk down the stairs without pain!). Through classes, they are patient and offer tips and tricks to improve. I could go on and on about these people. They’re truly wonderful!3.) as I mentioned above, I feel like the people that go here are just kind humans. I don’t feel like I need to be a size 0 and in the best shape of my life to attend this studio. While yes, the goal is to get in the best shape of my life, I feel like the community is supportive of the journey I am on and cheering me on along the way. All experience is welcome here and it’s refreshing!All in all, if you’re looking for a studio with a supportive community, wonderful instructors and kind humans next to you in class, Form is for you!

I have been a member at FORM since 2014 and began teaching in 2021. Outside of teaching, this is where I choose to attend group fitness and pilates. I recommend to anyone looking for a place that values community, quality movement and a fun environment. FORM has the most variety in the Sioux Falls area, keeping your exercise routine fresh, challenging and coming back for more. Thankful to be a part of this community!
