OTF Sioux Falls is a challenging workout that can be modified for all fitness levels. The staff at this location is amazing. I have been at OTF for over 4.5 years and everyday is a new and awesome workout.

Having bounced around to several gyms in the area and not seeing the results I wanted to see, I was struggling to keep my motivation. My sister told me about OTF. The workouts are always changing, the music is awesome, coaches truly care about your progress.They have an app that tracks your workouts so you can see your progress overtime.10/10

The energy, the versatility, the comradery, and the comfortability to start at any stage in your fitness journey. That's what OTF provides. The staff are dedicated to their members success (which comes in all shapes and sizes), I haven't met a group of people more well suited for their jobs and I'm beyond grateful to be a member.

I have been at OTF since 2019. I love the class format of cardio and lifting and the variety of workouts (endurance, strength and power). I really appreciate the coaching staff and their support in modifications as someone whose had two knee surgeries and tries to stay low impact - there's something for everyone here. And the community of encouragement can't be beat! If you're looking for a fitness fam and help with accountability, give OTF a try!

I am very happy with Orange Theory and all it offers. I can come in and accomplish my goals in a 1hour workout. The trainers are very helpful and keep everyone motivated. Definitely recommend it to anyone looking to make there future self better.

OTF is a very upbeat place to work out. The coaches and staff are always super encouraging and push you to do your best. I have tried many different workout places and by far this is my favorite.

I encourage anyone to give Orangetheory a try when you shop around for a fitness studio. Every day the workout is different. Every day I'm challenged. I exercise best when a coach tells me what to do. OT coaches are great: encouraging and positive!

I have been a member at Orangetheory Sioux Falls for 4 years. I’ve never stayed at one gym this long. I love everything about the workouts. It’s a great combination of cardio and strength and the coaches motivate me in a way I would never do on my own. Some days I run on the tread mill, some days I powerwalk. You can tailor your workout however best suits you. The lift classes are also great for days you prefer to only focus on strength. Coaches are fantastic!!
