This is one of my favorite places to be! The coaches are so amazing. They push you to be your best while also encouraging you along the way. They are great at explaining things while also being so patient and kind. It’s a silks family where everyone is included. I keep coming back! The facility is really nice and clean. They have a variety of classes for every skill level. If you are looking to start your aerial journey in Sioux Falls this is the place to come.

I started taking silks and lyra classes this summer! As a beginner I feel super welcome and comfortable coming to classes. The teachers are great and I've been learning a lot. We even did a private lesson while my mom was visiting and wanted to try it. We had a blast!

My coaches Katie and Chris were SO lovely, patient, and encouraging! I was nervous to try something new like silks/the flexibility class but they were incredibly thorough while discussing safety, proper technique, and the kinesiology behind each move we were doing. Every one of their regular clients were so encouraging too! I felt SO welcome and will definitely be coming back for more!!

Wow!! What a wonderful experience and gym. Ashley, Katie, and Chris are always so welcoming and create a culture within the gym that inspires growth and acceptance. I am not flexiable, have limited coordination skills, and I still feel just as special as the individuals we are more advance. They also focus on the safety of there students which i value above all else. I have been to mutliple aerial gyms and this one is a step above the rest when it comes to the safety of there students.

The team was super helpful and made learning fun and easy! I’ve definitely gained a love for aerial arts now and I hope to come back for more lessons sometime in the future. They’re very chill and accommodating and won’t pressure you into trying anything you’re uncomfortable with, they just teach with open minds and keep things fun! I had a great time :)

I experienced SD Aerial & Arts for the first time during my bachelorette party. Katie was our amazing instructor. She explained and demonstrated different moves in a way that was easy for us to repeat. She took pictures and videos for us throughout the class, and she had a little bridal sash for me to use while I took a group photo with my bride tribe at the end. She was very encouraging to us especially while trying the more difficult moves. Katie was even willing to show us some of her favorite moves which was fun to watch! Overall, the class was a great full body workout. Don't be intimidated of the silks no matter where you are at in your fitness journey. There are moves for everyone! I definitely recommend SD Aerial & Arts!

I have been taking silks classes at South Dakota Aerial and Arts and I cannot say enough good things about this studio. The classes are challenging, yet the instructor makes them approachable and fun. The atmosphere is always positive and welcoming, and I feel like I've learned so much in just a few short weeks. The studio itself is clean and well-maintained, with plenty of space to move around and practice. If you're interested in aerial arts, I highly recommend South Dakota Aerial and Arts. You won't find a better instructor or community anywhere else!

I tried the flexibility class and loved it. It was very relaxing but also challenging. I could see changes right away in both my flexibility and my body comfort. Working a desk job my hips and back tend to get very tight and this class released so much tension! Plus I had such a good night's rest, I was so relaxed! The atmosphere was super friendly, the gym was very clean and the instructor was extremely kind and skilled. I will definitely be going back for more classes!

Amazing. Overall it’s provided a lot of things that were missing in my typical gym workouts and is a fun community to be a part of. Coming from someone with a background of weightlifting, running, hockey/soccer/boxing I can say aerial silks is hard! It’s a great workout, challenging, rewarding, and can be a great experience for anyone. The people here are very passionate, knowledgeable, and great teachers. They’ve build a fun, open, and engaging community to share this hobby and grow alongside each other. It’s literally a group of people who just love silks and started it as a hobby. I never imagined trying aerial silks (I didn’t even know what it was!), but I’m impressed and happy I did. They have more than just aerial silks too, like flexibility classes or open gym.

Katie is a wonderful instructor and every class I’ve done has been great! The intro to silks and flexibility classes are very beginner friendly and so much fun! It’s a great new hobby to try out and it’s a great workout as well! Can’t wait to go back!
