Lauren is one of the Best Personal Trainers I have ever worked out with. She is so professional, knowledgeable, and focused in on maximizing your potential to reach your goals. I can personally add she has been my trainer for 2 years, she’s always adding new strength & toning exercises and has helped me achieve my goals. She is dependable and takes her job very serious, she is also very personable! I would highly recommend her!

Lauren is one in a million… Her knowledge of exercise science and healthcare management have revolutionized the way I work out and spend my time in the gym. Lauren is absolutely the best at what she does not only is she talented in her field she cares about her clients. I workout with her via facetime being I live in Florida I look forward to my workouts every time even though the next morning my body hurts lol. I feel comfortable with her she has made me a better person with more confidence.

She has been in every way a professional helping to maintaining and improve my physical condition. Our sessions are light, friendly, but definitely serious and motivational. Lauren is a fabulous personal trainer. She is very encouraging and easy to work with. Before I started working with Lauren I had dieted and exercised off and on, only to get frustrated and quit. I had lost the same weight over and over again, each time gaining more weight back. I also had several injuries which made it increasingly difficult to exercise. Lauren was more than willing to work with me. She asked what goals I had and what kinds of exercise I felt comfortable doing as we got started. She continues to change and modify what we work on now. We do a wide variety of exercises which helps me tone and stay fit.I’m happy to say today, I’ve come a long way with Lauren’s help. I continue to work on toning and weight loss. I’ve actually become a certified aerobics instructor partially due to Lauren’s help.
