I trained here for a while with Kimberlee and it was awesome! She helped me figure out my goals and the best schedule and fitness plan to meet those goals. She also made meeting those goals fun as hell. I gotta say, my favorite thing was slamming those ropes and the posters of Xena and Conan the Barbarian. Very motivating.

I honestly can’t think of any better testament to how much I value and trust Kim as to state that I have just completed my seventy-fifth training session with her since she became my trainer in October 2021.At the start of my training she helped me develop goals and each session she comes prepared with a well-developed workout and she continually explains why we are doing each exercise, how it fits in with my goals (and options if were my goals were to change, e.g. we would do such and such if you wanted this or that) and tips and suggestions for how to continue on training myself, if I desired.I’m a small guy, and she’s really helped build my confidence as I lift heavier weights - and I always feel very safe working with her as she always proactively inquires of any pain/issues, is always watching my form so I don’t injure myself, and always keeps my long-term injuries into account to avoid aggravating them.It’s clear she is very experienced. For example she can always give alternatives (e.g. some people find doing XYZ helps, or others find ABC helps with this issue) and brings up articles she has been reading on personal training/health.In summary, I look forward to continue to working with her 2023. I enthusiastically recommend Kim as a personal trainer to all.

The personal trainers here are very nice and will adjust a work out if you have injuries. Facility is very clean. Highly suggest this gym

Stronghold Gym has been an awesome place to work out and achieve my goals. Tyler is definitely the best trainer I’ve ever had since he really takes on your goals as his own. He not only steps you through each move but points out ways to improve your technique, while also explaining the importance of each exercise. I always leave each workout feeling that I learned something new. I’ve really enjoyed every minute of our sessions together and that’s a testament to his personalized coaching style (and fire playlists). The gym is always clean and the workout is different each time… I look forward to training here for many years to come!!!

The incredible genius of authentic feel good strength building is attainable and accessible within the Stronghold Universe. I've picked a lot of things up and put them down again from coast to coast but the results are both physically and mentally better with the methods and assistance I've acquired at this mighty sanctuary of champions! The incredible power you will acquire is secondary to the comfort of a healthy schedule at a terrific local gym. Improve your body, community, and quite possibly your metaphysical usefulness. I’ve been working with personal trainers for twenty years and Tyler has been my personal trainer for three of them. He knows how to build a program specific to me, my goals, and my particular circumstances. Definitely not a one-size-fits-all approach. He knows I want to work hard—and he works me hard—but he makes sure I do every lift and exercise correctly and sees to it that I don’t overdo it. (Alas I’m not 25 anymore…) He gets to know his clients well. The gym is very clean with a spacious, open feel to it. Good location with convenient parking. I recommend Stronghold Gym and Personal Training whether you’re just starting out or you’ve been working out for years.

Tyler is an excellent trainer. He's very knowledgable, and he is very precise about the proper form for exercises. He's also very encouraging. I really enjoy every session, and I learn something new every time.
