I have been a club member since the fitness center first opened and I have been completely satisfied with my membership in every regard. The establishment is clean and well equipped. The staff is friendly and you can't beat the price.

We joined over a year ago. Facility was always dirty and once we tried to cancel it was a run around. We were told our membership was for 15 months so we cancelled a month before but they still charged us an annual fee without notifying us. They are still charging us and we have sent certified letters to a company in Texas because we cannot cancel at Body Fuel, emails, phone calls and they still have not responded and we are still being charged!!! Body Fuel is shady and once you join it is impossible to cancel!

In the time I have been a member its been great. The staff is always super welcoming and helpful! There are a variety of classes with approachable instructors. Its almost like the caliber of members is top notch and all supportive regardless of what your goals are! The equipment is taken well care of. I don't have kids but can see how the kids care center can allow parents and family still adopt a healthy lifestyle.

Body Fuel is definately a supportive environment. I workout at the competitive level and feel as though the Dynamic Fitness team (Carlos and Greta) and the staff continue to support me. Their child care is the only facility that is licensed in the Reno Sparks area. Thanks specifically to Katy (front desk), Katelynn (kids center), & the motivational members!

Pretty good stock of equipment, decent size, not too busy in the mornings. Decent price as well. Broken machines could be fixed a little more quickly, but other than that I enjoy working out here.

This is one shady place. they have so many hidden fees and its impossible to cancel. Me and my family have been trying to cancel our membership but we have to send a letter somewhere in texas for a gym in nevada. They where quick to sign us up no problem but when we ask to cancel they can't help us. we have to do all of this crap. i feel very mistreated. they still haven't responded to my letter and i am still being charged. So now they are just ignoring our letters. stay away unless you want to be a member for life.

I have really enjoyed working out at BodyFuel! I have left 20 pounds there so far, and I'm well on my way to the results that I'm striving for! I love the extensive selection of equipment, and all the new things that have been added. And the price is right!

Hours are bs. Machines are breaking down they charged 2x more from my family plan so 100$ wasted on "repairs" that have no improvement at all. I signed up soon as the gym opened within a few months no more 24hrs. Waste of a sign up fee for this place.

Beware of this unethical place! My husband and I had a 14 month contract and apparently, the contract “automatically renews” after that time. We were well beyond our 14 month term and notified Bodyfuel that my husband was going to be relocated out of state as it says in our contract. Then because we moved, we canceled our credit card. After we moved, we got a bill for over $300 of fees and late fees. We called them and told them that per our contract, we notified the gym that we moved. They said that there was another part of our contract that says we still have to send a certified letter to their parent company. Even more frustrating, they still charged us for the extra 30 days when they were fully aware that we are living in a different state across the country and would obviously not have access to the last month of the gym. We ended up paying ALL of the fees ONLY because we didn’t want some slum gym ruining our good credit score. It was a nightmare. For those of you who have a contract and would like to get out of it, here is exactly what you need to do:1.)Make sure that your contract date is up. If you are trying to cancel well before your contract date, you’ll either end up paying a lot of cancelation fees OR they will just flat out deny you and make you pay the entire term of your contract.2.)If you owe any money on your account, call Bodyfuel Fitness Member Services. Their phone number should be on your bills/contact. Pay (or dispute) any charges. MAKE SURE YOU GET A CONFIRMATION NUMBER OF YOUR PAYMENT TO WRITE IN YOUR CERTIFIED LETTER.3.)Send a CERTIFIED LETTER to the Bodyfuel Fitness Member Services in Webster, TX.Include the following:-Your name-Your Membership ID Number (found on the top of your contract)-The confirmation number that your account has been paid up-Say, “This letter serves as my formal 30 day notice of my intent to cancel my gym membership with your company.”It's a pain in the rear to have to pay for a certified letter, but they require it because it's the only way they are held liable that they actually received your letter. Shady, right?4.)Be prepared to pay the last month dues AFTER you’ve sent the certified letter. Even more frusterting, We just got billed an addtional $40 for the yearly "Membership Fees." Theses people are unbelievably disgusting in their business practices.5.)Inform your friends, family, neighbors, coworkers, teachers, postman, dog walker, grocery store bagger, bank teller, (you get the point) about your experience and be sure to write a review.
