Been going here for over two years. The instructors and the owners are fantastic people, friendly and create a welcoming environment. There are enough class types and availability for many schedules.

I have attended a handful of classes here and I must say that this place is wonderful for anyone from beginner to experienced. There are options for all types of experiences and the instructors explain everything so well. I can't pick a favorite yet, they're all amazing!

great spot for hot yoga. lots of class options. Especially like Kelseys How Power class on wednesdays. inferno hot pilates classes are super busy but most yoga classes are not packed at all. highly recommended

Absolutely LOVE this studio! I attend Greta's class faithfully twice a week. Just went to the free outdoor class at Riverfront Park last night and WOW... BHY is the BEST!

Had my first Hot Yoga class. It was tough but it was moce. The heat was not too bad, if u can handle something like a dry sauna. The instructor was helpful and encouraging. I will definitely be going back again.
