I joined HOTWORX because a friend wanted me to join with her and really put no more thought in it other than I love anything warm so I joined. FELL IN LOVE WITH THE WARMTH but little did I know how many health and wellness benefits I would recieve! I was cycling a lot and had multiple knee injuries, told my physical therapist about HOTWORX, and he basically told me to save my money and do my workouts in the suana. Ever since I don’t have near the pain or inflammation I used too and also my circulation has improved so I whine a little less about being cold all the time. Fast forward to now its my passion, my career, my home!! I love the people I have met, the relationships I have made❤️

HotWorx in Spokane Valley is absolutely FANTASTIC! I love that I get to pick my workouts and can go at anytime. My body has honestly never felt better. I have several injuries that have not been given me any issues since I started going to HotWorx. The staff is also extremely helpful and always make me feel at home. Josey at the front desk does everything to make sure my experience is the best every time. I recommend everyone to go to HotWorx!
