Great gym, love the vibe. Andrew, Brent, and Rodney are always on point, helpful, and bring a upbeat energy to the gym. All the front desk staff is always helpful too. Wouldn't want to be anywhere else

As an owner of a gym, I appreciate the atmosphere and the cleanliness, but most importantly staff matters. I had the opportunity to interact with a staff Member Chloe who made this experience absolutely phenomenal is say this… all gyms, have dumbbells and treadmills, but without somebody with a smiley face and personality is just a gym.. thank u you Chloe for making my experience a good one.

Muv fitness Valley is the best out of three gyms. Rodney, Andrew, Brent, and Nic make everyone feel welcome, motivated, and ready to take on thier goals. All the trainers are consistent, hard working, and knowledgeable.
