I absolutely love Lili’s tuesday night high fitness class! She is so encouraging and makes the class fun. I would definitely recommend taking class from her. I am hoping to try her saturday morning step class as well because she is a really great instructor.

Lili’s high fitness class on Tuesday nights is beyond fun! It is an excellent workout for anyone at any fitness level. Lili explains the moves very well during the class and brings such a fun energy. I love going to her class!!

Great Facility, friendly and very helpful. Nic was able to help me get back into working out, and working with Dan as my trainer, always there to answer any questions I might have and teach me new lifts

Samantha Murphy is THE BEST spin teacher! I love taking her Wednesday evening classes. She’s so fun, works us out hard, and the playlist is FIRE. Absolutely would recommend her classes to anyone.

Staff at MUV fitness are very helpful and supportive focusing on your fitness goals and helping you achieve them. I had Rodney help me get situated with a membership and he gave me a great deal. So be sure to ask for him when planning on getting situated at MUV fitness.

The energy at this gym is supportive and encouraging. Alicia is my personal trainer and she has been such an encouraging person as I’ve moved here and started over. Her workouts are always a challenge.
