So clean! My family and I have been members for over 3 years now. They have all the essentials you need to maintain a healthy lifestyle! Friendly people and great management! Convenient hours (4-11) and reasonably priced! Sweet couple owns it!

Terrible atmosphere!!! Filled with busy body Karen’s who will interrupt your work out! If you take your fitness journey seriously stay outa this hen house it’s like being forced to listen to your drunk aunt tell the same dumb story every thanksgiving!!!

It's a neighborhood, folks know other folks. Made many friends there! Staff has time to talk and still bust their butts to keep it clean! Gym etiquette is astounding by all!

Very nice and clean gym with a wide variety of equipment.If you are looking for a gym in the area do yourself a favor and at least tour the facility.Owner is really nice too.

Have only been a member for a short while but love it already! Brand new equipment, security system that's amazing, new innovations in a gym I've not experienced elsewhere. Open 4am to 10 pm 365 days, for members!! No excuses! Owners are amazing...I love Kathy...what a sweetheart! If you're looking for a new gym, come in and check it out!!
