This is a great gym. Plenty of machines. And if you like tennis this is your place. The pool is pretty good as well.

Great, spacious facility. I went for my son's tennis tournament. The only complaint I have is the lack of air conditioning. This is a wellness center and it was so humid and hot inside. There were a few floor fans, but you really had to stand in front of them to get cooled off. Imagine being a tennis player and not having a way to cool down on the courts. We were only there to observe and it was miserable. Of course this was in the summer and 90 degrees. I can imagine in the winter months it feels the same, but not as bad. They do have a nice pool to swim laps in, 6 indoor tennis courts, 6 racquet ball courts, a large workout room, spinning room, group fitness room, and saunas in the bathrooms. Only one tennis court had the pickleball court lines marked. Outdoor tennis courts as well. They don't look like they are used very much. Upstairs has a ping pong and air hockey table. Great for those waiting on games.I would make larger viewing windows for those who are there to watch matches. It's not fun cramming into a small window area to watch. There is a nice display of items to purchase in their store. Tennis and pickleball items as well as other workout gear. Some food and drink options as well as a waiting area to watch TV and relax.Overall this facility has done a great job of trying to stay updated. Definitely room for getting some better air in there.

Very nice squash court! The floor, front wall, side walls, and backwall are highly playable with a variety of softball squash balls (beginner to pro double dot). Always enjoyable to play squash there. Staff’s services are consistently excellent and friendly.

Apparently this facility was formerly the Valley branch of the "Spokane Club". I guess Wellness Co. took over the property a few months ago. While I'm not sure how the Spokane Club members feel about it, I for one am excited to see this neighborhood finally have a nice gym. It's really a huge addition to the neighborhood, since I think most people in this area probably couldn't afford to be members of the "Spokane Club." Now that this facility is more affordable and publicly accessible, I've been letting all my friends know about it.The facility itself is super nice. Staff are friendly. The weight and cardio room is pretty up-to-date and well organized. The indoor pool, hot tub, and sauna are "must-have" for me. While the pool has been intermittently out of service, it's mostly due to deferred maintenance under the previous owners. The current owners are doing a good job of remediating all the issues and I'm hoping things will stabilize soon. Overall really nice gym.

Jeff urie is the best tennis coach for kids in spokane! My 4 year old and 6 year took a lesson last week and I watched him teaching with such enthusiasm and the kids had so much fun, which is so important at that age. My kids keep asking to go back! We appreciate the time and effort Jeff puts into his lessons.
