This is one of the most comfortable environments both with the trainers and other clients. I have improved my mobility, balance and strength after suffering multiple injuries. Jennifer is one of the best educated trainers I have ever worked with!

I have been training with Jen for almost 2 years. Her dedication and love of fitness if a way of life for her. Jen has created the most amazing atmosphere to work out and train in.She gives you very detailed instructions, pushes and encourages you to try your hardest, and is still so respectful and caring.She is the best trainer I have EVER had and this is my most favorite gym EVER!!10/10 recommend!!

Yellow Monkey Gym is seriously the best, most comfortable place to get some one-on-one training! Not only is it extremely clean and organized, but the equipment is well maintained. Because it’s all one-on-one training there, you never have to worry about fighting the crowd for a machine or being uncomfortable with a bunch of people around you. Jen herself is seriously the best trainer you could ask for. She seeks out your goals and needs, and goes to all lengths to help push you towards them, while making you feel able abs part of the Yellow Monkey Gym family 😉 HIGHLY recommend!! 🐵

I have been training with Jen for 2 years and am so excited she has created this oasis for working out! It is clean and well equipped, and very professional. And Jen is an amazing trainer. She never lets workouts get boring!
