CrossFit Wingman is an excellent facility. Though it's only been open for a few days, the classes are well attended. The gear is wonderful, especially the pull-up and squat rig. The coaching is top notch too!

Huge gym with great coaching and equipment. I was here for a month on a work assignment and coming to the 8am classes with Zack was always the highligh of the day. Very friendly atmosphere and the coaches are very attentive and take the time to coach everyone as an individual instead of just shouting directions at the group. Great experience and will definitely be back if Im ever in the area again.

I am excited to start. The folks are very friendly here and I know Tom is genuinely invested in my achieving my fitness goals. What a clean and spacious facility too! Really nice.

awesome facility, huge and spacious enough for indoor shuttle sprints, the pro shop is really nice and the coaches are hands on and look out for everyone in class. it's great if you have kids, they have a play area and massages and a hot tub for recovery.
