The entrance staff gives out much hospitality with smiling faces! This makes a positive difference in my mood before I begin my workouts!

Doesn't care about the safety of children. Would rather they be uncomfortable, traumatized and abused than create a safe place for them be able to exist in a place that they choose.

Does not care about the safety of women. Letting men into womens locker rooms. Can not adhere to natural human rights

Yet another business that makes it easy to sign up and hard to cancel. The YMCA has yet to learn the lesson that most other subscription businesses (e.g. online streaming services) have which is that when you make cancellation require more effort than signing up, people remember that and don't come back. Even ESporta at the mall can cancel a membership on the spot. The YMCA requires you to fill out an online for and then wait for a "membership director" to call you. Unacceptable. This should be no more than a few clicks on their website, but using their website is a bad experience too, because they've outsourced management of user accounts to a third party. Good luck creating an account and setting a password. I have to use the "forgot my password" link everytime, because they've never let me set a password. And after logging in there's no option for canceling your membership online. All of which makes me reluctant to do business with the YMCA again.

They allow men to change in the womens locker room and make underage girls feel uncomfortable. As a result of the ymca doing nothing, the girl spoke up and was banned from the ymca and kicked off her swim team. The disgusting humans that run this establishment should be ashamed of themselves.

I had a horrible experience when I went to one of the adult swimming classes. I was told by the lifeguards they didn’t have any big towels and that only members were allowed them. I told them I was in fact a member and I still did not receive one like I was entitled to. They also treated me as though I was a juvenile, when in fact I’m a 26 year old woman! I refuse to go back to your location due to their incompetence of providing me with towels.

I cancelled my membership in person in February and they keep charging me $72/month, three extra charges now. No one seems to be able to figure out why the YMCA can't cancel our membership. Seems like a very sketchy business practice.

Was billed for 2 months after being told I would only be billed for 1 month due to it being Abraham Lincolns Birthday. I later tried to cancel and was billed again. So was billed for over 150 dollars and went one time. Spoke to the lady there in charge of refunds. She said she would look into it and call me back. Never called be back and never got a refund or anything.

I'm trying to register my 7 years old Son but no help at all, they said I can register online but it won't let me do it there. Call few times but the people who work there they're not helpful at all as usual.
