It starts at the Corporate side of things and corporate doesn’t care about the members. I witnessed a corporate Vice President sign a young lady up for like $2,000 of PT that barely could speak English and didn’t know what she was signing up for. The employees are taken advantage of by corporate as well as the members

Great machines, most of the staff who aren't banging each other or their clients are pretty cool. The lower prices allowed a certain crowd in now you have kids running all around the hot tub and the pool, working out in groups of 4-5 which is miserable for the rest of us. I can see it really going downhill over the course of the next year or so. Been stabbings in the basketball court area. Cops there often. Would be a lot nicer if it went back to LA fitness like it was before. They do keep it clean tho. Scotty on day shift is AWESOME!

Love the staff, my favorite feature is the 25 yard lap lanes they have. Would be awesome if eventually they could add a speaker in there as well. Sauna, spa, showers. Overall very clean & have free weights.Chris is very helpful when setting up memberships. Andre is a great personal trainer and will push you beyond your limits!

I loved this fitness center when I first joined at least five years ago. But, in the past couple of years the front desk workers are dismissive, uninformed, or more worried about talking to other staff than helping customers. Also, the club does not have free WIFi service, so overall I give this business a 2-star to 3-star rating.
