April and Charlene are awesome! I started going to Get Movin about 2 or 3 months ago and I really had no idea where to begin. I'm working to undo all the bad eating habits I formed while going to school and I really wouldn't be motivated without Get Movin. I go to group exercise at least 1x a week and they hold me accountable to do that. They have helped me with establishing short term goals and feeling more positive about the small successes I've had. April has truly dedicated time to help teach me about nutrition and fitness and she always checks in to make sure I'm doing okay. Even when I feel like I've failed she finds a positive to focus on. April and Charlene are realistic people unlike some fitness programs where coaches seem like superhumans. You won't regret giving Get Movin a try!

Such an awesome community of women!! I love teaching my Zumba classes there and all the other classes offered are great, Get Fit Strength, Pound and Cardio Kickboxing are so much fun! They really take the time to get to know about you and your fitness needs!!
