I’m an old guy who decided that rather than watch tv after work, that I wanted something else to do.I didn’t want to try a traditional gym. And stumbled on BJJ quite by accident.I’ve now been taking classes for over 3 months. Coach Marco and Coach Vaca have been supportive and informative to this guy who knew nothing of BJJ and martial arts in general.The other members of the class….. white belts all the way up to black belts, have also been helpful and supportive through this process.I’m leaving alot, working hard, and hopefully getting better!

Very thorough with the teachings and always willing to work with people. The coaches meet people where they’re at with their skill level and work with them for furthered success. The environment is welcoming and all around a great place to train. Beginning BJJ at Team Link has been one of the best things I’ve done.

Team Link Ludlow is one of the best, if not the best BJJ/MMA gyms in Western Mass. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to get trained in these areas. They are super professional and I cannot speak highly enough of them.

I’ve trained with Team Link since 2006 and I can say it’s always been a fantastic experience! Marco Alvan, who is the head instructor and owner of the brand set the tone to be friendly and welcoming to all students no matter what age or gender. You will learn from the best black belt instructors and have fun while getting and staying fit.Warning: Brazilian Jiu-jitsu is addicting. It is the the real life video game that has endless levels. Once you start you will never want to quit! Especially if you are training with Team Link!

This is the place to be! The instruction and commitment to the students provided by Coach Marco Alvan and the rest of the instructors is outstanding. A very clean and respectful environment allowing each individual to achieve their goals. I highly recommend for both kids and adults as it will change your life.
