They still charge your card 30.00 once you cancel your membership. My husband cancelled 3 months ago. In that second month he was charge. In the third month he was charged 30.00 again. But he canceled 2 months prior. So in two months they took out 60.00 all together when he canceled. He signed paper to cancel and everything. So when you are canceling your membership please take pictures of your signed papers get the name of the employees that took your information down and who handed you your cancellation papers. This is very upsetting, when money is being taking away from you. 60.00 !!!!!! 60.00 gone for no absolute reason.

Do NOT sign up your kids for their sports programs. The most unprofessional coaches and organizers. They do not know how to teach children nor are they even trying. Assistant had to do most of the teaching because sometimes the real coach wouldn’t even show up. Stopped taking my child to the joke of a program they’re running. Waste of time. Not worth the money.

Seem like the gym only for the kids or the elderly. Speaking from experiences also.

Only giving two stars because my daughter loves going here, but I really dislike having to call and deal with staff because they either don’t know what they’re doing, or are just flat out rude. The staff I encounter when I drop my baby off for camp is great. It’s just the ones working the front desk answering the phones, they’re the ones who need more training in customer service. Or at their job period.

They’ve got a little bit of everything here. The indoor track has saved my running training schedule from the January cold. Exceptionally friendly staff and really positive environment.

I really enjoy working out here. The gym is always clean, quiet, and never too crowded. I appreciate having such a nice place so close to where I live, with all the equipment needed for my workouts and an excellent sauna. I'm a fan.

I come 4 to 5 days a week for the water aerobics classes. The instructors are phenomenal! I use the dressing area that is open for both men, women and children. There is a critical need for seating in both bathrooms and in the dressing areas. We are constantly dragging the 2 plastic chairs provide from the restrooms to the dressing areas. Please provide chairs in both restrooms and dressing areas. Seniors need these chairs for support while dressing and undressing.

This location is the most convenient for me, but I don't really like it. The is always very loud music on in the locker rooms and it is even louder in the hallway from the locker rooms to the pool area. So if you or a child in your care are sensitive to sound, please be advised to avoid the hallway to the pool or plan accordingly with earplugs or advise child to cover their ears while walking there. This same hallway is also always *freezing* cold. The locker rooms in general are very cold, too, but they have nothing on the hallway to the pool area. There are almost always people gathered in the common area to play dominoes or chess and they have all been extremely friendly. Front desk staff always seem glad to see us, too. Some of the other patrons, however, are not shy about their disdain for children and have yelled at us for our kid getting upset about soap in her eyes and how "nobody wants to hear that" while a small child was obviously in pain.Overall, it's just an alright facility. If you are able to make it to another GWRYMCA location, I might suggest it until the cold and loud issues here are resolved and maybe they get a little more funding to repair broken showers and such in the locker rooms. This location obviously serves a large population of an under-served community, though, and is definitely deserving of additional funds for programming and repairs. If deep water classes were to be offered at this location in the evenings instead of just shallow end aerobics, the star rating would increase for me as that is my favorite program and I travel many miles to go to other locations where they are offered.
