Really don't appreciate the bait and switch service I received, when I had to sign up for a "new" membership just to use the 1 tanning bed they had. When I previously had been using it for over a year. Then after signing a new, more expensive membership, CF started a renovation project. Well, it started out as new locker rooms, but it kept going and going. The place is a mess right now, I feel terrible for the employees that are working in bad conditions. Today, I was told the tanning bed now cannot be used for months! Wait what?!?!Anyway, the truth came out in a text message today at 2:30pm TODAY saying they are closing this location TODAY at 3pm. No notice, no plan, cant tell us how long this will be. Just overall mismanagement from the top down. Terrible way to treat your loyal customers. A little transparency would have gone a long way, now your members are forced out with no notice.
