I love the classes they offer and times. The gym equipment has a lot to offer for all types. It always clean and staff is usually friendly.

Spencer and Brad have been great to work with for personal training sessions and planning to start Strength Training group twice per week

I have only been a member at S3 for 5 months now, but I have already gained 15 lbs. of muscle while training 2 days/week! Brad and his team will meet you where you are and help you get to where you want to go!Prior to S3, I always tried to workout at home, but I struggled to consistently get up and get the workouts done. At S3, all I have to do is show up and do my best. Brad wants to see you succeed: when I missed a few sessions, he reached out to me to make sure I was okay and encouraged me to get back in the gym. The other clients are also welcoming and supportive. If you are thinking about joining, just do it. S3 is a great value and once you start getting results, you won't want to stop!

This is simply a place where smart people about working out tell you what to do so you can get stronger, faster, bigger or all 3. They are who we thought they were. And that’s a good thing. Also the music is great. So is randomly erasing a few words on Brads white board. He loves that.

I never enjoyed working out until I started at Stone Strengh Systems. The staff are so knowledgeable and attentive and everyone at the gym is super supportive. I never thought I’d be as strong as I am now, but thanks to Stone Strength Systems, I keep reaching new goals that previously seemed impossible. Check S3 out, even if you don’t consider yourself a traditional “gym person.”

Listen, if S3 can get me excited to wake up at 6am and go to the gym, I’m convinced that it can do that for anyone! For me, I get a healthy dose of strength training mixed with therapy. If you’re like me and enjoy having the ‘why’s’ explained to you, look no further, Brad is your man! I was expecting a threatening, Globogym type environment, but the facility is quite the opposite of that. You’re greeted by dogs when you walk in - what’s not to like?! Just stop reading the reviews already and show up! It will be the best decision of your life.
