I started training with Jared at Tempo Fitness to build up strength and to get back into overall good shape after ACL surgery. From day one, Jared was able to see my imbalances and help me start improving and strengthening my body. I was able to return to my sport stronger than I was before surgery. He continues to push me and keeps me consistent. The Tempo facility is a new, clean gym with state of the art equipment. I highly recommend training at Tempo Fitness for anyone looking to get back into fitness or take their current routine to the next level!

Tempo is a newer gym that has the experienced trainers you have been searching for to lead you to the best version of yourself! I primarily have focused on the wonderful boot camps the gym offers, but also, have benefited from one on one training with the owner Jared.The boot camps are a great size where you still feel like you have the trainer all to yourself. The format of the class is easy to follow and the variety means no two classes are the same. From upper body to lower body to abs and back, nothing is missed. I really have enjoyed all the different equipment from the curved treadmill (not sure the technical name) to the versa climber to the assisted weight machines and I cannot forget the sled pushes on the turf! The energy from the other clients and particularly the trainer will keep you moving. No matter your fitness level, the class can be tailored to you! Jared is great about always providing a good stretch at the end and motivating you to stay on track.One of my favorite aspects at Tempo is the fact that Jared is certified in nutrition. He created a wonderful meal plan for me and took the time to help me adjust it based on my personal needs with food sensitivities and family life!I would 100% recommend Tempo to anyone looking to find the best version of themselves either in the personal training setting or group fitness classes.

My wife and I have been training with Jared for nearly 15 years. At this point he is essentially part of the family. We do both individualized training as well as the bootcamps, and our kids enjoy joining us for workouts and bootcamps when they are back in town. The bootcamps provide a community of folks who want to pay attention to their fitness. As we watch our parents age, my wife and I view our time with Jared as an investment for our 80’s. And day to day these workouts clear the head and contribute to focus. One of Jared’s best qualities is his ability to help us work through and remedy the occasional aches and pains that comes from the passing decades. If you’re looking to add to your fitness routine or are just getting started, you should meet with Jared.

I visit Jared every time I come into town. The workouts are well put together and if something feels off, Jared will adjust to make sure you still get a great workout while avoiding the injured areas. He’s incredibly personable and will push you to be your best!
