Swimming pool desktop employees totally disappointed me. All exchange shelf's lockers do not exist. They said that I should purchase the Lock. I purchased lock but lock did not work properly. I tried return they did not refund me. The question is not the 4 dollar. The disappointment is that I did not see any professional approach in the Center. Headquarters should rethink about administrative procedures and teach employees how they have to serve to clients

Wonderful for classes and workouts on your own. Very kind and kid friendly. We love going to this place as a family, there's even an outdoor playground for the children.

I can't speak for the gym itself, but the playground right behind it is amazing. It's fully fenced in and has very new equipment plus a nature play area. It has a play area for toddlers as well as for older kids. We love it and come back as often as we can.

Community center management is awesome! They care about their members and they work hard to bring them the best programming and provide the best services, from fitness to health and wellness! I enjoy interacting with everyone at the HEIGHTS! Their membership fees are also extremely reasonable considering all of their offerings!

Phenomenal facilities. Large pool, extensive weight room, lots of cardio equipment. Locker rooms are clean and appealing. Staff does a great job of keeping equipment sanitary and is friendly and welcoming to boot. One of the best gyms I've ever used, and not particularly expensive, either!

It was my first time to go to THE HEIGHTS, but it was for my granddaughters 4th Birthday Party and I was NOT going to miss this special occasion for anything. The drive was easy, from St. John just get on 170 south to Eager Rd. Take it to Hanley south, and make a left turn at the first stop light, that's Dale. It's not very far from there, maybe a half a block or so. The parking is free and very ample for so many vehicles. The handicap parking is extremely well placed with finally enough spaces to accommodate plenty of people. It is equipped with wheelchair accessible sidewalks and doors. The staff are friendly and very helpful. I was given a paper bracelet when I chcked in, then I was escorted to the party room. After play time, opening the gifts, and then the birthday cake, it was time to move on to the indoor pool party. One thing that I especially want to point out about the pool accommodations is the 3 different changing rooms. They have a men's changing locker room, a ladies only one, and a family changing locker room. All have plenty of space and privacy to change. The shower is also private. The toilet room is large enough for parents to help with the little ones and is also private. The pool is simply sensational! Lots of play space and things to entertain children, with divided areas for swimming laps, I saw a whirlpool or maybe it was a hot tub, but it certainly has something for everyone. Even plenty of seating on the sideline, some bench style, some chairs and a table for your things. Parents are supposed to be in the pool with their child at all times. I don't know if that rule applies to older children or not, but my granddaughter was turning 4, and most of the children attending the party were quite young. This is one of the nicest community centers I've seen in a long time. Also, there were lifeguards on duty at all times. I didn't get in the pool, I was having too much fun watching the kids play and their parents chase after their child. I took pictures and videos of them playing until my phone was almost completely dead but I had a wonderful time. Thank you for reading my post. Mary Ann 😀😂

Pool is shallow, good for small children. The three lap lanes are only 25 meters, and the deepest portion of the pool is only 5 ft, so if you're going for a workout a YMCA membership is probably more for you. Steam room, sauna, and hot tub make it worthwhile for recreational use.

Love this place! To start the staff is friendly and knowledgeable on programs and memberships. Secondly it's always clean!! That's a huge plus for me, the weight room, locker rooms, basketball court and pool. If you live in Richmond Heights this is where you need to be a member at!

Awesome community center with basketball court, indoor track, workout area, kids workout area, meeting rooms, indoor pool, sauna, hot tub, and even a library. Resident rates are fantastic. I just wish the hours were longer, but I've been a member for years and love it.
