It's a joy to come to this studio. It's incredibly beautiful and the entire team is so friendly and welcoming. My workouts with Susan are both fun and very challenging. Working out on the Gratz equipment has been a game changer. Everything just "clicked" for me and my workouts are so much more effective now.

The studio is absolutely beautiful and so clean! I love my sessions with Shannon. It’s always a fun, new, and challenging workout no matter how many times I come. Can’t say enough good things about the studio and the lovely Shannon!

A beautiful space with incredible Gratz equipment. They have certified, professional pilates instructors with hundreds of hours of training. Teachers are capable of working with everyone, from pilates beginers to the most advanced athletes. After a group class or private lesson, I feel two inches taller, with enhanced mobility for golf, basketball...everything.

Love this place! The space is beautiful and open! The instructors are talented, welcoming, knowledgeable and professional. The classes are fantastic. I highly recommend!
