If you sign up for their business partnership program, they charge 100 dollars a month, plus the first three months an extra 250. I went three times, wasn't for me. Had several uncomfortable encounters with the staff, which I addressed in writing. Kyle who I worked with had no care or concern for the incidents. They will still make you pay a total of 600 dollars to cancel. Not the ideal setup for local st petersburg small businesses. Very disappointed. Definitely not a partnership. As a small business owner in St. Petersburg since 2005 , I would never do that to a client. Regardless of what they signed, if the customer doesn't like the service, why keep taking their money.

I love my gym! They have so much for you to do. Classes available every day, nobody will be judging you. Do what you can and get stronger every day. Make the time and take care of yourself. You will feel so much better as you get stronger and burn off those stresses that burden you. This isn't just about your physical appearance. Your overall health and your mental well-being need you to maximize your own potential. This gym is super affordable. There are saunas and water massagers and massage chairs. Your hard workout deserves a reward.Very clean, very friendly staff, amazing trainers. Just GPS and go!

I like this gym a lot. The only thing I'm worried about is that I just started noticing how crowded it's getting in the mornings and in the later afternoons, hours that you would normally think it wouldn't be too bad, and it wasn't at first but it's getting there. I can still do everything I planned on doing so I'm OK with the crowd sizes. The employees are all super friendly at the front! They make you feel more comfortable by being so pleasant when you walk in and when you're leaving. The gym is very well equipped and there is plenty of everything for the members to use. They keep things clean and I haven't seen a single broken machine yet, in the 2 months I've been going. Some of the machines you have to sort of figure out how to use, and me being old school, I was used to using the older types of machines, so I really had to stand there and figure a couple of the machines out. Lol. Overall, this is a very nice gym.

Two weeks away on holiday and I bought a pass so I could carry on working out daily. Great array of machines, lifting rigs, cardio area and more. Friendly staff and well worth the money.

Just signed up today for membership at the Tyrone location and everyone was extremely helpful with questions and getting the membership going. Inside the gym was pretty enormous with two levels along with free weights, personal trainers, bikes and machine weights along with many different elliptical and stair master machines to choose from and use. There are also spacious locker rooms with showers for club members and guests, seems like a perfect place for all your fitness goals whatever they may be from Advanced to Beginner there's a place where everyone fits in!

First off I want to acknowledge that the trainers are great. And would give my trainer 5+ stars. He’s awesome. The gym is fantastic too. All the equipment, location, cleanliness. 5+ stars. The regular monthly fee, it’s affordable and well worth it. 5+ stars. It is a bit packed during peak hours, but I don’t mind that, and the plenty of members show how many people are enthusiastic to work there. 5+ stars using the equipment you want if you select a good time to go.My low rating is from the difficulty canceling and /or changing the recurring bi-weekly personal training charges. So be forewarned if you do want to do personal training, be 100% sure it fits in your budget, choose the correct program, and stay vigilant to take all the necessary steps to cancel if needed…I was doing the “PT30” 30 minute training sessions and decided to upgrade to the “PT60” 60 minute training… thinking that it would be a simple upgrade and switch… nope, was charged for both. Brought it up to my trainer and credit to him for trying to get it handled, but he was notified his bosses that they could not reverse the charge, but I ended up just doing an additional session, and since I enjoyed it I didn’t mind too much. But at that time I filled out the proper paperwork for the 10 day notice to cancel my PT30 (July 30)… fast forward to 13 days later (Aug 13) was charged an additional PT30. That’s twice I was double charged for 2 different training programs. Called the club, the front desk people have no authority to reverse charges or cancel memberships so I’m expecting a call back from the appropriate staff to handle this. And to be honest I feel really bad for the trainers and staff, cause it seems like they are under a lot of pressure to increase revenue and avoid cancellation.Unfortunately this kind of occurrence is too often associated with any gym, Crunch included. A better business practice would be to embrace this problem in the industry and set yourself apart by not having these issues. The customer service would pay off in the long run… Had high hopes that this place would be different. Obviously that was not my experience.I will provide an update to my review if and when there are any accommodations done to my membership fees.

Very clean—brand new. Good location. All the equipment you’d ever need. Appears that they allow bags on the gym floor, though, which is weird. (Lots of them every day I’ve gone.) Plenty of signs about cleaning equipment, not throwing balls against walls, but none that I saw on the gym floor about no bags. Kinda clogs up things especially when it is busy. Overall nice though!

Signed up with the founders rate, and finally got a chance to work out inside. The place is nice and cool so heat won't be a problem. It wasn't crowded as expected and lots of room. Very organized and everyone there seems to be happy. Equipment is top notch but could use duplicates of some of the popular ones. The personal training section is crowded which I assume is good for their business, not for me though. Unfortunately, I cancelled though as I was not comfortable there for whatever reason. Still deserve 5 stars though for the reasons above and more. This place is smaller then the one on 4th street, plentiful parking, but I am hopeful it doesn't get crowded like that one. One thing I recommend, is to focus more on the floor as weights are not put back and all over the place. Maybe each evening reset the weights and load them in order making it easier for customers to find and use. Overall, you have a winner on your hands. Best of luck to you all but I will stay with my current gym.

I like it. Loved it the first two days. Now I’m getting worried. It’s getting messy. I couldn’t use one piece of plate-loading equipment in the small room to the left of the entrance because nobody took the 45lb plates off of anything. I couldn’t use some other equipment in the main area for the same reason. I’m worried that it will quickly degenerate into another gym that’s focused on signing people up but not maintaining the floor.I understand that gym etiquette isn’t known by some. Maybe teach them with some rules at sign up. Maybe have some signage on equipment. Or, maybe ask some staff to stay on the floor and politely ask people to re-rack their weights.Of course, if you aren’t looking for a crowd that wants an organized gym, then I realize this won’t matter. I just hope it does. It’s a beautiful facility and I want to stick around, assuming floor management becomes a priority.

I love crunch so much. It has everything I was looking for with a gym and more! I've only been going for 3 weeks and feel so much better than I used to. The massage chairs are the best I've ever used. The only area of opportunity in my opinion is the hours. It'd be nice to be open 5-11 every day of the week. I would much rather go to the gym at 9pm on a saturday night than vegging in front of my TV because they're not open.
