This location is smaller than 14 Mile. But it is ok Just need to apply maintenance to your bikes.

When it’s your gym day and you’re so excited to go to the gym to workout and you see this note on the door saying temporary closed it really sucks even though this location opens 24/7. I think it’s time to find another gym!

This place looks really good now very clean. They had some nasty managers in 2013 and 2014 never kept place clean. Today was crazy clean.

Very well put together gym, the girl there was very helpful and informed me on a lot of stuff that I was clueless about and not only that the gym-goers we're just as friendly/helpful. 10/10 (^:

The manager was so mean when I talked to her today just because I don’t speak English good. I have an accent and she started laughing at me and hung up the phone in my face. And I called again and she hung up again as soon as she knew it was me. Even after telling her that I will call corporate, she yelled, “Do whatever you want!” How rude.

Recently joined PF after cancelling with a competitor, and couldn't be anymore pleased!! 1) they maintain excellent C-19 protocols 2) half the cost 3) no hassle membership 4) open 24/7 5) crowd control 6) variety of equip/courses 7) massage beds @ no addtn'l charge 8) pleasant staff 9) non-intimidating environment 10) location, location, location!

I couldn't freeze my account unless I brought in a doctor's note... Not going to the doctors for a sprained ankle so I decided to cancel my membership despite having come here for years. They still charged my account for the following month even though I cancelled days before my next monthly bill. Management had no interest in providing ANY type of customer service.
