Planet Fitness

One of the best Planet Fitness locations in the Metro Detroit area. Any other location i go to they never say hi or bye to me. Even when the front desk attendees are helping someone they always make sure to make communication with me when i arrive and when i leave. The equipment may not be the most up to date compared to the other locations but the experience and cleanliness of the location is immaculate. Not to mention its a low key location so i'm always able to use almost every piece of equipment without waiting (unless its the stair master).

Not very helpful. Don't really care about the clients. The give u the brush off. The place is dirty and too small. And someone stole my smart water right out of my shoe. And the staff could of cared less. Also they only had stand tan booth. The entry inside was filthy dirty and inside tan area . I stepped on a loose screw on the flooring yah. And the exercise machines are crammed together way to close to each other. Crunch room only.

I have been using this location several years. I joined several years back and had to stop working out for a while because of an injury. But I have been using this location at least 3 times a week for the past year. I find this location always clean on the work out floor and in the locker room. It appears that the staff is always cleaning something. The location is well staffed, they are friendly always greet people that are arriving and when they leave. When you ask them a question about equipment or about the gym they always are able to answer the question. I most frequently work out in the evenings Monday, Wednesday and Friday and that may explain that I usually see the same employees. Some of the staff that I have found to be very helpful are Chris, Sara, Jasmine and Chantel. I have seen other staff that are just as helpful I simply have not learned their names. It seems that there is a great team working there. I have recommended this location to others.

This place is really just a bad environment to be in, the workers there have no respect especially one named jazmine she was no help and really just bad at her job

Great gym. Great staff. Would definitely recommend this location!

Steve is one of the best employees at this location, I always feel welcomed and motivated when I walk in

I went to the gym today and when I entered and the employees where disrespectful especially the one named Jazmine she was no help and should be fired.

Traveling so much, we both love the friendly faces like the manager jasmine when we come back to town to work out

Here all working persons are very nice. I guess there is no remark for them, I can recommend this place

I love planet fitness on 18 and ryan the club is so clean and i love the staff jasmine becerra is always so nice and helpful.
