Brought both my daughters here last night for their first gymnastics lesson. I can not believe how attentive they were! MyGirls were beginners and in a class but they were worked with one on one. The coaches watches to make sure the girls wouldn’t get hurt and corrected their form when wrong. We will definitely be staying here!

Sterling Gymnastics Academy is awesome!! We have had such a great experience here! We now have all three of our kiddos enrolled in various levels. They are learning so much! One of my favorite parts is the fun themes each week in the younger kids' gym... it really adds so much for them! We've been a part of Sterling Gymnastics for about four years now, and we are very grateful for it!

Talk to Kylee! She is amazing! She's gone above and beyond any expectation(s) we've had! She's extremely understanding, patient, and willing to work with you. The kids absolutely love going and they even wake up early on purpose!

My daughter is extremely shy, but wanted to try gymnastics. She's cried at the beginning of a couple of sessions. The coaches are so great!! They gave her the confidence to keep going & participate with the other girls. She loves it now & always can't wait to come back! The coaches are very interactive & hands on. Also, at the end of each session they play a little game of tag, or hide & seek. She sleeps fantastic on gym nights!!We love SGA! Helping my baby girl grow 😊

Open gym is great for couple hours free from the kids and they love it
