I do the powerlifting training here at this gym. Brenda - our coach- is so knowledgeable and wants to make sure our safety is first. She makes sure everyone is in proper form before letting you proceed. Watching everyone closely to insure we don't get injured. Our Powerlifting team is more of a family to me. I have never had this at any other "gym" in the past!

My husband and I have been members for almost 2 years now and couldn’t love this gym and the people in it more! Everyone, no matter what level they are working out at, are encouraging to each other, workouts are modifiable to match each persons individual fitness levels and the gym atmosphere is non judgmental! So thankful we found this place and our #fitfam!
