This place is amazing. Always a friendly atmosphere and the manager Laura is very helpful and upbeat. The place is very clean and inviting.

These negative reviews seam to stem from folks expecting free trials and things of that nature or to cancel their membership. We have been there for a couple of months now and their staff has been nothing short of amazing. The place is continually cleaned and well maintained and there is plenty of equipment to get a more than adequate workout in without waiting on equipment routinely. The owners are always welcoming and are some of the most genuine people we've met. Josh will take time out of his work and/or workout to answer a members questions whether it be about the club, what they offer, or even what lifts to target specific muscle groups and then motivate you as he helps you perfect the lift. All in all for a small town gym this place is nothing outside of a 5 star facility and couldn't recommend it more!

I almost never post a review, but today I had a bad experience at this gym. I am a working professional and have diligently tried for 2 weeks to make it to the gym before the office hours closed to inquire about a trial membership. When I rang the doorbell at the visitor side I was greeted by a woman who did not seem very pleased to answer the door. I told her that I was interested in learning about their trial membership. She said that the trial membership is only during office hours, in which I replied, office hours would never work for me, as I am always at work during office hours. The only time I have available to go to the gym is at 4:00 a.m.I thanked her for her time and stood up to be on my way, because there was no option of me trying out the gym at this point. She then said that she didn't want to see me leave. The best she could do is offer me a 3-month membership for $150 or a one month membership for $75. To me that is not an acceptable solution. I would have loved to give this gym a try as it is just up the road from my house, but to pay that much money just to see if I will make it in or enjoy going is really too much to ask in my opinion.

Great Selection of machines & free weights, squat rack and a good selection of Cardio style bikes

It covers the basics, but wish there was more. Replace the outdated tanning tube for either a sauna or a hydro massage bed.

Exceptional gym. Been working out here for two years. Extremely Clean with a professional staff. Highly recommend joining today!

Convenient location, never too crowded and, best of all, Jen, staff/trainer, is friendly, helpful and enthusiastic. We love her!

After my accident in January 2018 I thought I would never go back into the gym but they offered some therapy and other things to help me feel comfortable and pushing weight again

Very unfriendly and rude staff and the prices are ridiculous. I find them to be very nasty if you call, but when you go in and try to sign up they are your best friend they make it seem as if they are there for anything you need and they downplay the Contract (please beware) once you sign it's over. They go back to being rude and nasty.
