My wife has been experiencing awful pains in her leg. In Motion was recommended to her. Having gone through all the paperwork and available dates, her appointment was canceled the morning of her appointment.

The staff were always quite friendly here. It was a pleasure getting help and making conversation with the therapists there over my two month series of visits, for some tendonitis-type stuff. As has become typical in the medical billing industry, bills don't trickle in until many months after the fact, this time after I'd changed insurance companies, making verification of allowable charges more difficult.Long story short, I was billed at a rate of SEVEN HUNDRED FORTY BUCKS PER HOUR to have a nice young lady show me a stretching exercise, or a ball squeeze, or other some exercise that I executed on my own, while she chatted about her weekend with co-workers in the common therapy area. Other treatments provided included a brief 15 minute massage of area around the tendon (hand/wrist/forearm), at the rate of over SIX HUNDRED SIXTY BUCKS PER HOUR, and brief ultrasound therapy at the rate of more than SEVEN HUNDRED THIRTY BUCKS PER HOUR. Even without receiving the bill for many months, I wasn't any better off for the treatment two months later than when I began."It's okay," the billing department described to me much after the fact about the bill for over SEVEN THOUSAND SIX HUNDRED DOLLARS. (Be sure to set aside a large chunk of your day if you hope to speak to a live human in Maryview's billing office.) "That's what we billed to your insurance company."
