I haven’t been to gym in over 4 months due to shoulder injury and pending surgery. I saw the charge on my credit card and it reminded me to cancel. Went in to cancel membership and asked for refund for recent charge since I won’t be using the membership the month I was just charged for. Not only did they say no but cancellation was immediate so I could not even use the gym for the month I just paid for. To top it all off, I asked to speak to manager to discuss the situation, there was none and the front desk employee took my name and number and assured me the manager would call me. They never did. Wouldn’t recommend this gym, small, limited equipment, and most of all, poor customer relations.

Won't allow membership to be canceled except in person. Haven't used the membership since August, and have been charged for months cause they won't let me cancel over the phone or via email as I am unable to come in person.

I love this gym. At first I didn't really like this place so much becuase it wasn't like the other gyms I go to. Once I signed up though and started going I love it. It's small but has all the things you need for a good workout. If they don't have a piece of equipment that you need there's always a different variation you can look up online

Very nice gym but be careful with their membership plans! My husband signed up for the basic one and we've been getting charged multiple fees (3 times within the last month) for late fees even though our payments are automatically drafted out! Just be cautious that you don't get overcharged, totally not right!

I really like this gym alot. It has everything I need to get a good work out. The staff really does an outstanding job cleaning all the equipment. They are really courteous and helpful. Membership fee is really reasonable.

Cute little gym , it has everything you need for a almost complete workout! The only thing they are missing are yoga mats and rollers for massaging.The staff is very nice and professional

I have been a member of over 5 different gyms (LA Fitness, OneLife Fitness, Planet Fitness, Crunch Fitness, you name it) this place is not a huge gym but is the best gym I have ever been a member of. The staff treat you like they want your business and they care about your fitness goals and your workout experience. The place is very clean and the equipment is well keep. It is convenient the fact that is 24hrs and the prices are fair for what it offers. The hydromassage table is a plus after a hard day of work and a good workout.

For a franchise not normally seen around this area they do offer a lot services not usually around this area. Although being a moderate sized franchise I’d expect a more technology friendly company with app and event notifications. Dumbbell area is small but of your into cable machines look no further

It’s really clean staff is pretty cool and professional from what I’ve seen thus far. The equipment is new they have a pretty decent variety for a gym that’s on the smaller side. It’s still a decent size gym nonetheless. I love that it’s close to where I live as well. Doesn’t have some of the equipment you may see in a larger gym such as Onelife but you can still get in a pretty decent workout at this gym plus they’re open 24/7 which is great for me.
