I’ve been looking for a gym to work outto get myself back into the normal exercise routine. One of the trainers at this location, Ryan, suggested I give this gym a try. I asked the wifey to join me and once we arrived we loved the place. It is small but not too small. It’s clean and very inviting. The mood was relaxed and welcoming. We loved the luxurious machines were new, smooth and some I’ve never used (huge points). We loved the accessibility of the juice bars. The bathrooms were clean. Overall this gym looks like a gem amongst the other large chains or trendy ones in the area. We will give it a serious try and hopefully this will help fuel my rerun to the gym. The management is doing a great job with this location.

This place has that new car smell! Brand spanking new gym equipment. 9/28/23I have recently been utilizing all three facilities at this local gym throughout the week. It appears that the cleanliness of the equipment and facilities is excellent, possibly due to the newness of this specific location. However, compared to the Boca and Coral Springs locations, the staff here seems less engaged and involved. They are still pleasant and willing to assist if you have any inquiries.The layout of the gym seems a bit cramped for weight lifting activities, but they have done a good job of spacing out the cardio equipment. While the locations may not be ideal for everyone, I would still recommend these facilities to anyone looking for a gym to join.Hours listed on website do not match those of operations. This facility is not 24 hours yet.

Brand new gym that just opened recently. Well maintained, great equipment and machines, even noticed in the side room there’s a great heavy bag to practice boxing/kickboxing!
