The staff and instructors at Club Pilates are amazing! The classes are challenging and different each week. I absolutely recommend trying a Pilates class. You will definitely see results in weeks!

Great workout sessions using a reformer and other contraptions... don't let the medival torture chamber look of the reformer scare you away! Honestly, it is a good way to engage your Skeleto- muscular system and clears your mind at the same time. The first benefit I noticed right away was the stress leaving my neck and shoulders, then my joints felt better. The teachers are fabulous and seem very knowledgeable. I highly recommend it. Ask for Bobby, tell her I sent you.

I can't say enough! I have have had chronic back pain for years and was looking for something low impact and would help me manage the pain while improving every day life. I Googled "pilates near me" and CP Sunrise was 5 minutes down the street so I figured I'd give it a try!! I can't even say how happy I am to have found it. Everything in life has gotten better since joining from helping with my back pain TREMENDOUSLY, my mental health (yes this type of exercise is amazing for that) as well as my regular non-pilates workouts have benefitted because I get through everything with more ease and less pain. The instructors, management, and office staff are the best!! I look forward to each and every class I sign up for (and I go a LOT). If you are looking to get out of a rut this is your answer and it's for everyone!!! Try it you will be hooked like every other current member ❤️❤️❤️

Excellent teachers and equipment. Feeling younger and stronger and more flexible each session. My whole body has changed after 6 weeks. Highly recommend this studio.
