Fantastic gym, the owner is very nice and a great trainer along with all trainers there. They pay attention and provide feedback to make sure you don't get injured. They have all necessary equipment and 2 apps to make sure you track your progress and sign up for classes. The only thing I think they are missing is a morning in-between class, 7:30 am or 8:30 am. The 6 am is great but the only other class is at 9:30 so for people that work overstepping means no work out for the day. Other than that, great place!

Good coaches, Rich is awesome. Also the classes at night are small so you get the attention from the coaches making sure you're doing everything correctly.

Very professional and friendly staff. They believe getting you to do your best. Team members are very helpful and friendly as well. I have seen so much improvement. I am so excited to attend each day. Excellent gym

Whether you are new to town and want to drop in, are an experienced member or even new to CrossFit, the coaches and athletes will make you feel like another member of our family. Always positive and professional, the staff and members will ensure your experience is what you were looking for and more. I came back after a year hiatus due to mobilization and it felt as though I had never left!

This is an amazing facility with great owners, coaches, and people! Everyone is very friendly and willing to help out. The workouts are challenging, fun, and will definitely kick your butt no matter what level of fitness you’re at! The best part is that even when you think you can’t do any more from how tired you are, the coaches and members that you’re surrounded by makes you want to keep pushing! Which makes it more fun to workout and look forward to! The facility is gorgeous as well with great quality equipment! Love it here 🥰
