Crunch Fitness - Sunrise

Unfortunately, I have been to almost all the pop-up gyms, including the previous tenants at this location. Non has offered the individual attention, amenities (love my massage chair), equipment, and classes second to none in the area. Finally, a gym spa that's clean and comfortable.

Honestly one of the best and nicest gyms I've ever been to and is genuinely a great deal for even the lowest plan you can get. La or PF don't come close to how good this gym is.Even though I started going only recently and have actually visited the place perhaps mere dozen times the gym has been spotless each time and machines always work. Unlike the old La I was going to everybody respects the gym and doesn't throw their plates and weights around everywhere and restack them on rack - truly a delightful sight change to see.Crunch also has a massive abundance of machines and ESPECIALLY has a ridiculous amount of trainer machines which were almost always all taken up at my previous gym. On top of that, it does also have just a variety of matrix and hoist machines for the same purposes that do work in different ways but are nice if you end up preferring one over the others.

I came to this location when it was 24hr fitness. It was good then, but Crunch transformed the place to a dream gym! I love the gym and the look. It is clean, the staff is simply amazing. I have been to the spin class, and the spin studio is off the chain! The instructor is great and very active, giving you an unforgettable experience. The HIIT classes are also pretty great! I recommend this Crunch location to everyone!

Josh G.is an amazing employee I never write reviews but the kindness of these workers are impeccable especially Josh. Every time you walk in he’s always happy, smiling, and makes you feel welcomed. I’m sure he not only makes my Crunch experience better but many others as well. Highly recommend.

Beautiful! So spacious. Racks and machines for days. Nice, clean and very friendly staff. I’m in love with this location. I drive up from Pines just to workout here on the weekends.

Reviewing as a guest. The gym looks impeccable and new as one would expect. The cardio machines are always free and there’s so much room that you will not feel cramped. One of my favorite things about the gym is the new type of machines. The FUNCTIONAL FITNESS area with TRX and tire flipping machines is incredible. Highly recommend for locals to check out the new gym!

They did their BIG ONE with this gym! Ample amount of parking and equipments, very clean plus friendly staff for the grand day. Out of all Crunchs locations this is by far my favorite one. I love how I can feel a lot more comfortable since we are spaced out and everyone is not on top of each other. Besides the hours not being 24 hrs I have to say, this franchise should be proud of how they executed this location

The place is actually an Amazing gym for a great price and cool faculty. I was totally under the impression that this location would be 24 hours 4 out of 7 days. If you have kids you can not go together because there is no child care center and honestly it didn't seem like they're building towards one either. I'll change this review if one of the two get done. Again Great gym falling short of critical expectations.

FINALLY A CRUNCH LOCATION THAT WORKS FOR ME!!!I have been to so many of the crunch locations in south florida, but honestly none work if you are doing circuit workouts. Mostly due to the layout,how crowded they are and the lack of machines. I just usually end up frustrated and honestly just looking at other options as far as gyms near by and just going to any crunch locations at no their peak times.This location so far works perfectly for me. Their layout totally makes sense and although is a pretty crowded location they have someone figured out a way to be busy but not overwhelming for us the clients. Plenty of machines, weight racks, space and equipment to work out.Bravo!!

Great staff and great location! So excited for opening! HIITZone, Group Fitness Classes, Personal Training, Relax and Recover and so much more! Here we go Crunch Sunrise!
