Freakin’ Fitness Weston

By far the best CrossFit box (gym) in South Florida, but most definitely in Broward. The staff and facility are top notch and I would recommend them to all fitness levels.

Freakin CF has a wonderful community of coaches and trainers who all end up feeling like family. Everyone genuinely cares about each other. Everyone pushes each other to go to their absolute limits, while also being safe.

I am very grateful that the 5am classes have re-opened. I love the ambience and enjoy every single one of the workouts. Coach Logan, Coach Mike, Coach Valentin are all incredible humans and awesome coaches!! Come try out the classes, I promise you that you won’t regret it!

One of the best and most transformative experiences of my life was at Freakin' Fitness.I became the fittest I had ever been and my self-confidence improved. Ihad the best trainers ever. The staff is professional and encouraging and it was a great time with people who are forever friends, even if I don't see them since I moved away. The program can be adapted to all ages and fitness levels. I can attest to that because I was already a senior by then. I miss them and wish them well. Lou Layland

Awesome facility with just as amazing coaches and community. They really care about their members and with how times are currently, the safety and well being of members and staff with the extra cleaning protocols in place. I don’t see other facilities taking the extra steps and precautions freakin fitness is to make previous and new members comfortable about their surroundings and coming back to a gym. I highly recommend to give them a shot especially bc the price point is great too!

I absolutely love this gym. The facility itself is amazing and has so much to offer. They truly care about its members and always go above and beyond to provide the best service. The owners of the facility do their best to make sure you feel like you are family. My favorite part of Freakin Crossfit is that its more than just a gym... its a community that are there for each other through all of lifes experiences.

Amazing staff, excellent facility and very challenging and effective workouts. Gym is being cleaned up multiple times a day, these guys are doing a fantastic job at keeping social distancing and following all the protocols to keep us safe. Highly recommended!

For some time I've been wanting to join a Crossft gym, mainly to expand the variety of workouts, learn new routines and push myself to the limits. After considering various places, I always felt a bit intimidated, but finally got over it and decided to join Freaking Fitness. The members are very friendly and welcoming, you see people at every level, and everyone tries to help each other out to learn and grow. The coaching is excellent, and the management of the box is superb. They hammer in the basics, in each class, and tailor the workouts to your abilities to avoid injuries and maximise your potential. The cross fit and rip fit programs are both excellent. i would totally recommend you try them out, either as someone totally new to workout out or an experienced crossfit athlete.

You won’t find a gym/box with better quality programming, coaching or communication. The owners and coaches love what they do and are fully invested in their clients health and fitness. Join this gym and you will get fit/stay fit, have fun and make the best new friends and family. Be prepared to never want to be anywhere else!

From the excellent facilities to the great program and knowledgeable coaches, this place is where you want to be if you want to improve your fitness.Now, with the COVID-19 pandemic, they have implemented strict safety protocols, which insure the safest fitness experience possible. Every athlete works in their own zone, not having to share any equipment is my favorite change that they have made since pandemic started.I am always comfortable and it feels like home every time I go for a workout!Great fitness facility!!
