I normally don’t review unless I have an extraordinary unforgettable time or any really bad experience of any sort. Maybe I’m too judgmental in some cases but you tell me.Good people but bad business. They are charging my wife (which is me as well) an extra month after almost 2 months after cancelling.They are saying because we didn’t sign the cancellation document on time.? Really! We sent them a text and they replied in text that ok but we had to sign the cancellation. We said ok.They never said that they will charge me another month if we don’t sign in time before a certain day. They already charged an extra month because contract says 30 day cancellation required. That’s an automatic charge for that but to charge another month on top of that because I didn’t sign in time!?If we knew this, we would have sprint over there to sign!So be aware of this!Seems the money is more important than the people in this case.Hope everyone else has a better experience in this situation.Heard
