Just cross fit kids is awesome because we get to do so much at ever singe class and the coach's that work there they are sooooooo good at working with you.

Best environment. Clean. Friendly staff. Great music. Nutritional guide and body matrix provided. My fav part is that it isn’t only weights and lifting, they incorporate a lot of cardio as well!!!!!!!! I love it. Must go. First class is free :) You will see results quickly.

This facility really goes above and beyond for their athletics and the knowledge they provide it absolutely great the coaches are very friendly and the people incourage you to keep going i have nothing negative to say about them truly feels like a second home!

The place is perfect for CrossFit because the equipments, the coaches, the WOD’s, the schedules, but the best part of this place is the people there… amazing people, all of them are a great family!

I love CrossFit it’s supper fun the kids are super nice and all of the coaches like bailey and Marcos are so nice and Mack ever exercise super fun you should defenetly try it out if your a kid frim 1-12 or 13 you can join the kids CrossFit and you’ll have so much fun.
