Authentic Choy Lay Fut Kung Fu from a great Sifu (aka Master) and some great Assistant Instructors who have been training for many years, some have been training for decades.If you want to learn authentic Chinese martial arts, this school is highly recommended for kids and adults of all ages. The school is like a big family.No commercialized BS, no contracts, classes are offered 6 days a week to accommodate different schedules, you'll also have the opportunity to learn traditional Lion and Dragon Dancing, which is performed at various locations throughout the year.There are opportunities to attend National and International tournaments if you want to compete. The school offers Kung Fu, Tai Chi and Kickboxing/MMA classes throughout the week.I have been a student here for over a year and plan on attending for many years to come. I have studied various martial art styles on and off throughout my years and this school has been my favorite in terms of instructor, school and environment.
