I'm wondering, what is the point of a contact form if you don't bother following up with people who want information? Or a phone number no one ever answers? I requested info online as their website instructs. Robert wrote me an email the next day asking when is the best time to call. I stressed "anytime", which could not be more flexible. It's been a week since that email. Nothing. They must be so busy and in demand that my business is not necessary. That could be a good or bad sign to anyone else. That's fine, I found a personal trainer who didn't leave me hanging.
